I would love to do a testimonial for you but I am currently overwhelmed with the job of moving into my villa at Westminster Oaks, a continuing care community. Workmen and women are in and out with installations, adjustments, and many other details involved with becoming part of a new community. Lisa Rogstad was the best real estate representative that I have ever worked with - and there have been quite a few in my past 84 years of living! Lisa Rogstad was an absolute rock star guiding me through the sale of my late sister's home. Her knowledge of the Naples market, and particularly her knowledge of the community where the house was located, was invaluable. Because the house was in probate it took a long time to get to closing, but Lisa was always positive, always forward-looking, and always encouraging me. I cannot count the number of "little things" she was willing to do to keep me informed of the next steps. Being three hours away was never a problem as she kept me informed without bombarding me with unnecessary information. I would recommend Lisa Rogstad without hesitation to anyone looking for a competent, experienced realtor in SWFL.
